Located within the University of Sheffield campus, Sheffield International College is the outcome of a joint venture between Kaplan International colleges and the University of Sheffield. This college offers a wide variety of subjects ranging from business, law to engineering. Students come here for their foundation and pre- master's courses which gives them the opportunity to get themselves enrolled in the University of Sheffield.

The college offers 70 different and exciting academic courses categorized under seven Faculty. Theses faculties are Architectural Studies, Arts, Engineering, Law, Medicine, pure science and Social Science.

However the most popular courses of this college are Business, Accounting and Finance, management, Journalism, Science and engineering.

The college has the provision of scholarship, though limited. The Scholarships amounts to £1000 which is awarded on the basis of academic performance.

The students of this college can stay in the self catering halls of residence situated within the campus of the University of Sheffield. Students stay here on the basis of contract which varies from 33 week to 50 weeks contract depending on the term which the students choose. Students of this college also have access to the library of the Sheffield University. In other words, as part of this college, the students can avail all the facilities of the Sheffield University.
