The University College of North Staffordshire became Keele University in the year 1962. Research and teaching goes hand in hand in this campus university. It is located between Manchester and Birmingham.
COURSES OFFERED:
University of Keele offers wide range subjects to choose from. The research institutes of the Universities are, Research Institute for the Humanities, Research Institute for Laws, Politics and Justice, Research Institute for Life Course Studies, Research Institute for Public Policy and Management etc. There are postgraduate courses both full time and part time and also professional courses for the general public in the day, at night and on weekends.
FACILITIES:
The university provides comfortable and convenient accommodation for most of its students in the campus. There are six separate halls of accommodation. Keele has a Centre for Learning and Student Support [CLASS] which provides support to international students and disabled students. This university has an Aerial Reconnaissance Archives, Computing Services, Keele Graphic Services, Library, Management Information Systems and Media and Communication Centre.
