Central Alabama Community College

The Central Alabama Community College was founded on February 23, 1989. The college provides the residents of central Alabama with continuing opportunities for the development of knowledge and skills. Students can avail education at the freshman and sophomore levels leading to Associate in Arts and Associate in science degrees. These degrees are designated to facilitate transfer to a senior university.

The college offers many online courses such as Introduction to Computers, Directed Studies, General Psychology, Human Growth and Development etc. For pursuing courses from Central Alabama Community College, students can avail financial counseling and assistance.


Central Alabama Community College can participate in programs such as Federal Pell Grants, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants (FSEOG) and FFELP Stafford Loans.
