University College London (UCL) is the first university in England to acknowledge women and students of any race, religion or class. UCL was found and formed in 1826. UCL had numerous overseas student right from the beginning. The main campus is situated on Gower Street in central London. There are few other campuses located around London.
Faculties
UCL has 70 academic departments organized by 8 faculties.

Apart from these departments there are several Inter-Department ad Cross- Faculty Research Groups & Centres. There are few other Affiliated Organizations like Research Organizations, Commercial Organizations, Healthcare Organizations and all.
The degrees are divided in three levels –

The students of UCL get the privilege and support of several learning resources like Online Course Materials (webCT), Online Learning Resources, CALT, Language Centre, Media Resources and the libraries that have an enormous collection of 1.5 million volumes covering all the subjects. The students are benefited by the University of London Library.
Scholarships
The students funding programmes include Scholarships, awards, medals, bursaries and loans that are given on the basis of academic achievements of a particular student.
Accommodation
The accommodations are mainly provided to the full-time students including the affiliate students. UCL has two catered ‘Halls of Residence', the Evans Hall and the Ramsay Hall that provides breakfast and dinner. The Self catered Students Houses are located in UCL's huge residential campus in Camden Town. There are several Intercollegiate Halls like the Canterbury Hall, Commonwealth Hall, Connaught Hall, Hughes Parry Hall, International Hall, Lillian Penson Hall and the Nutford House.
