Established in 1968, the Regent College is a graduate school which is known for Christian studies and is very near to the Campus University of British Columbia. The college is known to provide denomination-specific programs for the Baptist and Anglican students.
The college offers 4 programs:
- Diploma in Christian studies (DipCS)
- Master of Christian studies
- Master of Divinity
- Master of Theology
The subjects that are emphasized on are the following:
- Applied Theology/ Pastoral Ministry
- Marriage, Family and Community
- Missions and Evangelism
- Marketplace Theology
- Biblical Studies
- Church studies and also some interdisciplinary subjects like Arts and Christianity, Christianity and Culture etc.
The college is also known for the different summer and spring programs. The college has accreditation with the Association of Theological Studies in America and is also affiliated with the University of British Columbia.
